Tammy wants to help people understand why they do what they do and help them break the habitual loops that are not beneficial, all while building a firm foundation for the future. Tammy believes in working alongside her clients, giving them support and guidance therapeutically as they develop an understanding of what skills they already possess and to help develop the new skills needed for managing their past/current situation.
