Mankato psychological health services
Founded in 1972, the ASC Psychological Services team of psychologists and therapists are committed to delivering uniquely individualized and integrated mental health care to adults, children, Veterans, families, and couples. We also work closely with care teams – from lawyers to social workers, care coordinators and more – and offer such services as forensics testimony for legal proceedings.
Because we treat the whole person, we treat the underlying conditions that may result in addiction, behavioral issues, post-traumatic stress and trauma, grief and much more.
Child and adolescent treatment services
Given our work with families and their care teams, we have seen a distinct need to help our community’s youth at the most critical points in their development before reaching adulthood.
That is why we started our child and adolescent treatment program to help children between the ages of 5 and 18 get combined, individualized care they need to treat any mental health and addiction conditions at the same time and place.
Our treatment program offers a mix of group and individual therapy, moving participants from awareness of their mental health conditions through therapy and skill building to support their ongoing healthy development during and after treatment. Our team includes mental health, chemical dependency, family, and activity therapists.
