Mental health providers: here to help you
Whether you are scheduling your first appointment or are a returning patient, our caring and expert team will be in your corner.
Everyone you interact with on our team – including our psychologists, therapists, licensed chemical dependency counselors and administrative staff – will see you and treat you as an individual and a whole person, not just a condition or diagnosis.
Our mental health and addiction providers do not take a one-size-fits all approach to your care. Whether you are seeking individual or marriage and family therapy, or participating in one of our specialized programs, they are committed to offering you individualized and integrated treatments to best meet your specific needs and goals.
Our ASC Psychological Services experts
Our experts are here to serve you, offering individual and marriage and family therapy at our Mankato-based psychology clinic. They see patients in-the-office for visits or can meet with you via teletherapy.
Our team has deep expertise in helping people through trauma and grief. They also offer specialized programming for veterans and individuals facing addiction and the underlying mental health conditions that go with them. And they provide services to professionals ranging from social workers to lawyers in the form evaluations and assessments, and forensic evaluations and testimony.

The Treatment, Recovery and Education Center for teen girls
Our Mankato-based residential treatment center, called the Treatment, Recovery and Education Center for adolescent teens (TREC), serves teen girls ages 13-19. The young women who come to our seven-day-a-week, around-the-clock program are surrounded by and work with a supportive team of mental health, chemical dependency, family and occupational therapists, as well as an academic educator and residential technicians. This team helps the teens gain the awareness, insight, support and skills to succeed in treatment and recovery.
