Practice Philosophy
I began my career as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), where I quickly saw that substance use was often just the surface—many of my clients were carrying deep, unresolved trauma, especially post-traumatic stress. Wanting to better support their healing, I chose to continue my education and become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with a focus on trauma therapy.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. I believe healing begins with feeling seen—so I’ll walk beside you as we explore the challenges in your life at a pace that honors your needs. Together, we’ll work toward helping you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and a deeper sense of self.
