Practice Philosophy
I take a person-centered approach, focusing on understanding the full context of each client’s life to determine the most effective path forward. My work emphasizes addressing the most pressing day-to-day challenges while fostering self-efficacy and personal insight. I believe that success builds upon success; therefore, helping clients set and achieve measurable goals is a key part of the support I provide. I approach every therapeutic relationship with radical empathy and without judgment, as I believe these are the foundations for building meaningful, collaborative connections between counselor and client.
Personal Interests
I enjoy cooking, reading, weightlifting, playing sports, hiking, traveling, spending time with loved ones and friends, finding new music, and finding new challenges and hobbies!
