Practice philosophy
I believe that effective counseling is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship that is centered on trust, collaboration, and authenticity. I aim to meet individuals where they a while helping them to develop the awareness, skills, and confidence needed to be able to move forward. I view mental health and performance as interconnected concepts and work to not only support clients in navigating challenges, but building a stable sense of identity that supports long-term growth. I strive to create an environment where clients feel respected, challenged, and supported while moving toward meaningful change.
