With experience in trauma, anxiety, mood and co-occurring conditions, I use a strength-based perspective to help patients identify areas of resiliency, address challenge areas, and build coping and management mechanisms, while also tending to underlying psychological and emotional components. Meeting people where they are with a belief that all people are deserving of compassion and respect is my foundation.
